MESA Job Shadow 2010
MESA's Job Shadow is a one day event dedicated to giving people with disabilities a unique opportunity to shadow a company employee as they go through a normal day at work. Following last years very successful Job Shadow Day participating employers throughout the Midlands were extremely positive about the whole experience particularly with the local publicity their company received. Through participating in this one day initiative both employers and job seekers gain a greater understanding of what each has to offer.
This year MESA's Job Shadow will take place across the Midlands on Wednesday 21st April.
